National BER is a fully insured and SEAI accredited domestic BER service provider. We operate throughout Galway, Mayo, Clare, Roscommon and Westmeath, with over 10 years of experience in the building and BER assessment industry. National BER has Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.

Shane is a qualified Civil Engineer and has built up a wealth of experience over the years. He is a member of Engineers Ireland and has served his clients in areas including New Builds, Part L Compliance, Letting, Selling, SEAI Grants and Green Mortgages.
